WHY CHOOSE FLEMING’S HOME CANDLES AND PRODUCTS?

From the beginning of our journey, developing the First Eights Collection, our #1 goal was to create a product we could enjoy in our home and around our loved ones. We wanted it to be eco-friendly and not too expensive, but without compromising the quality.

We learned about essential oils, how to use them, their natural characteristics and benefits, and the best way to package them. We love our signature minimalist container and are proud to share our products with you. 

PRODUCT CARE

How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?

It is recommended during the initial and subsequent burns of your candle to burn long enough to liquefy the entire top layer of wax, which can take a few hours. Allowing the candle to liquefy from edge-to-edge will keep the opening wide and prevent tunneling. If you feel there is another issue affecting the performance of your candle, please email Customer Service at hello@flemingshome.com.

Should I trim my candle wicks?

It is recommended to trim candle wicks to 1/4" before each use. This will help prevent soot and extend the life of the candle. Do not drop matches or other flammable items into the candle. Please visit our Product Use & Safety page for more information.

What ingredients do you use?

All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and never tested on animals. Each product page has a complete list of ingredients.

Our candles are made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax, cotton core wicks, and a blend of essential and fine fragrance oils.

How do pre-orders work?

Items available for pre-order will not ship until their official launch date, which is listed in the pre-order product description. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment will be captured in full at the time the order is placed.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders are processed when received. To make a change, please email us to hello@flemingshome.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely YES. Our products make perfect gifts for any occasion, please make sure to update the shipping address to reflect the recipient contact information. You can add a note with a personalized message. We'll do our best to make it special!

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most orders process within 1-2 business days. During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays) processing times may increase. Once the order ships, transit via USPS can take 1-6 business days depending on the destination. Please review our Shopping Support Page for further details.

Where do we ship?

We ship throughout the U.S. FREE SHIPPING no minimum required. We are not shipping International yet, but feel free to ask your favorite local shops to contact us and we'll be glad to arrange something with them.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from Fleming’s Home with tracking information.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once received and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location.
